Cancellation & Refund Policy

By confirming a reservation, guests agree to the following terms and conditions regarding their stay and financial commitments.

Cancellation Window

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or the official booking platform used.

Full Refund Eligibility

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of booking (if check-in is >72 hours away).
  • Cancellation at least twenty-one (21) days prior to scheduled check-in.

Partial Refund Structure

14-20 Days 50% Refund
7-13 Days 30% Refund
< 7 Days Non-Refundable

04. No-Show Policy

Failure to check in results in a full charge of the first night and up to 50% retention of remaining nights.

05. Early Termination

Occupied nights are fully chargeable. One additional night fee applies for early departure.

06. Date Modifications

One modification permitted if requested 5 days prior (subject to availability). Additional changes may incur fees.

07. Force Majeure

LodgeWell is not liable for interruptions beyond control (disasters, utility failures, civil unrest).

08. Payment Fees

Refunds may exclude non-recoverable payment gateway charges or bank transfer fees.

09. Management Discretion

LodgeWell reserves the right to interpret this policy to protect business sustainability.
